Clearwater Historic Lodge and Canoe Outfitters is a seasonal resort.  In the off-season we get to enjoy the area and the BWCA more than we do in the summer.  Erik focuses on answering phones, responding to emails and preparing for spring.  Tori works for Grand Marais Sled Dog Adventures in the off-season and occasionally gets to run dogs down Clearwater Lake.  Every season on Clearwater Lake is different, but winter is the most unique.
